These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the AyuEasy website, mobile application and related services.

1. About AyuEasy

AyuEasy operates as a multi-vendor online marketplace through which independent sellers may offer eligible Ayurvedic products, wellness products, healthcare essentials and other permitted products.

The platform also facilitates blood test bookings through partner laboratories and service providers, subject to service availability and applicable requirements.

Products may be sold, invoiced, packaged and fulfilled by third-party sellers. Diagnostic services are provided by the relevant partner laboratory or service provider.

AyuEasy's role in individual transactions may vary depending on the product, service and applicable legal requirements.

2. User Accounts

Users must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when registering an account, placing an order or booking a service.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for activities conducted through their accounts, subject to applicable law.

Users should promptly notify AyuEasy if they suspect unauthorised access to their accounts.

AyuEasy may take reasonable steps to verify account information and address suspected misuse.

3. Products and Product Information

Product descriptions, prices, ingredients, images, usage instructions, warnings and other product information may be supplied by the relevant seller or manufacturer.

AyuEasy expects sellers to provide accurate and lawful product information. However, customers should review the product label, ingredients, instructions, warnings, expiry date and other relevant information before purchasing or using a product.

Product availability, specifications, packaging and prices may change over time.

Any discrepancy or concern should be reported to customer support promptly.

4. Ayurvedic, Wellness and Healthcare Products

Ayurvedic, wellness, personal-care and healthcare products may be subject to different legal, safety and regulatory requirements.

Customers should use products only in accordance with their labels and instructions and should check any relevant warnings or restrictions.

Product descriptions, promotional material and general wellness information on AyuEasy are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

AyuEasy may restrict or remove products where reasonably necessary for safety, compliance or platform integrity.

5. Medical Disclaimer

AyuEasy is not a substitute for a qualified healthcare professional and does not provide medical diagnosis or personalised medical treatment merely through its marketplace.

Customers should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional regarding medical conditions, medication interactions, pregnancy-related concerns, allergies or other circumstances requiring professional advice.

Customers should not delay or disregard professional medical advice based on product descriptions or general information available on the platform.

6. Blood Test Booking Services

AyuEasy facilitates bookings for blood tests and related diagnostic services through partner laboratories and service providers.

The availability of tests, sample collection, appointment slots and related services depends on the partner laboratory, location, operational capacity and applicable requirements.

Serviceable Areas

Blood test booking and sample collection services are available only in areas currently covered by AyuEasy's service network.

• Customers should check their PIN code and address for service availability before booking.

• A booking is subject to confirmation by the relevant partner laboratory.

• Availability of product delivery in an area does not necessarily mean that blood test services are available there.

• If a location is outside the serviceable area or the requested service cannot be provided, the booking may be declined or cancelled.

• If payment has been collected for a service that cannot be fulfilled, an applicable refund will be processed in accordance with our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

Customers must provide accurate contact details, address information and other details reasonably required to arrange the service.

Patient Information and Test Results

Customers must provide accurate information required for booking and fulfilment. Where a booking is made for another person, the customer must be authorised to provide that person's information.

Any health information, diagnostic information or test results processed through the platform will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

The relevant partner laboratory is responsible for performing the tests and providing diagnostic services within its professional and legal responsibilities.

Test results should be interpreted by an appropriately qualified healthcare professional where medical interpretation is required.

7. Orders and Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes a request to purchase the selected products. An order may be subject to verification and acceptance.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, orders may be cancelled, rejected or placed on hold where:

• A product is unavailable.

• Pricing or listing information contains an apparent error.

• A seller cannot fulfil the order.

• Fraud or unauthorised payment activity is suspected.

• Product safety or regulatory compliance requires investigation.

• Delivery to the specified location is unavailable.

• Other legitimate operational or legal reasons apply.

Where payment has already been collected for an order that cannot be fulfilled, an applicable refund will be processed in accordance with our refund policy and applicable law.

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless otherwise specified.

Applicable taxes, delivery charges, service charges and other permitted fees will be displayed during checkout wherever applicable.

AyuEasy may update prices and promotional offers from time to time. Changes will not override any mandatory legal rights relating to an existing order.

9. Payments

Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways or other permitted payment service providers.

Payment transactions are subject to the applicable provider's terms, security procedures and processing requirements.

Customers must use authorised payment methods and provide accurate payment information.

AyuEasy may investigate suspected fraudulent transactions and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law.

10. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery is available only to locations serviceable through the applicable courier, seller or delivery method.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to seller processing, courier availability, weather, holidays, transport disruptions and other operational circumstances.

Products purchased from different sellers may be shipped separately and may arrive on different dates.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and should report damaged, tampered, incorrect or missing products promptly.

All deliveries are subject to our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

11. Cancellation, Return and Refund

Orders, cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by the AyuEasy Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy.

Certain opened or used products may be subject to return restrictions due to hygiene, safety, consumable or regulatory considerations, where legally permissible.

Blood test bookings may have separate cancellation, rescheduling and refund conditions depending on the booking status and whether the service has been performed.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts any mandatory consumer rights under applicable Indian law.

• Use the platform for lawful purposes.

Users must not submit fake, manipulated, fraudulent, defamatory, abusive or unlawful content or reviews.

Submitting a review does not guarantee that it will be published or remain visible indefinitely.

Users must not:

The AyuEasy brand, logos, website design, software, text, graphics and other platform materials are owned by or licensed to AyuEasy or their respective rights holders.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit protected platform materials without the required permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

Product names, logos, images and other materials belonging to sellers or third parties remain subject to their respective rights.

16. Third-Party Sellers and Service Providers

Sellers using AyuEasy are independent businesses unless expressly stated otherwise.

Sellers are responsible for their product listings, applicable licences, product quality, authenticity, fulfilment and other obligations assigned to them under applicable law and their seller agreements.

Partner laboratories and diagnostic service providers are responsible for the diagnostic services they provide and their applicable professional and legal obligations.

AyuEasy may facilitate communication, bookings, payments or dispute resolution as part of its platform services. This does not exclude any responsibility AyuEasy may have under applicable law.

17. Privacy and Personal Information

Use of AyuEasy is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Personal information may be processed to manage accounts, orders, payments, deliveries, seller verification, customer support and blood test bookings.

Information may be shared with relevant sellers, laboratories, logistics providers, payment processors and other service providers where necessary and legally permitted.

Users should review the Privacy Policy for further details about information collection, use, sharing, retention and applicable privacy rights.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AyuEasy shall not be responsible for losses arising solely from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including third-party courier disruptions, service interruptions or independent service-provider failures.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, or any duties and remedies imposed by applicable consumer-protection, e-commerce or other laws.

AyuEasy may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in its services, business operations or applicable law.

Updated Terms will be published on the official AyuEasy website or made available through the application, together with the revised date where appropriate.

Continued use of the platform after an update will be subject to applicable law and any consent or notice requirements that apply.

23. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

Subject to mandatory consumer rights and applicable law, courts having appropriate jurisdiction at Nagpur, Maharashtra, may hear disputes arising in connection with these Terms.

Nothing in this clause restricts a consumer's right to approach any other forum or authority having jurisdiction under applicable law.
